An awesome show was held last night at the Virgin Mobile Mod Club with Uh Huh Her. What a unique sound a little mix of pop/indietronica. This Los Angeles Band started in 2007 and is not something that I am used too seeing, but they are very entertaining and musically gifted. Camila Grey was formerly the bassist and keyboardist for the band MellowDrone. She worked with the likes of Dr. Dre, Busta Rhymes, Big Black Delta, Tricky, Kelly Osbourne, and Adam Lambert.
Then on the other hand, Leisha Hailey, is an actrress that portrayed Alice Pieszecki in the Showtime Networks production The L Word. And other TV shows such as CSI, Boy Meets Girl and the voice of Lily American Dad. She then turned up playing with pop band Murmurs and now with Uh Huh Her. They are pretty great.
