She was recognized for her work on diversity in open-source with a Ruby Hero award in 2016. She’s the creator of the Contributor Covenant, the most popular open-source code of conduct in the world. She now works for GitHub as a senior engineering on a team devoted to creating community management and anti-harassment tools. They talk about wide range of subjects including technology, politics, Donald Trump, equality, cyber security, ethics and morality, as well as Coraline’s upcoming music album, tender.
