Multi award winning singer/songwriter Doreen Taylor is releasing the video for Over from her album Happily Ever After, which came out last fall.
“Over has always been a very special and personal song to me and is a clear contender for my favorite song from my new “Happily Ever After”. When writing it, I really had to dig deep into the darker depths of pain and abandonment. When I decided to make an official music video for “Over”, I knew I had to authentically explore some of those issues and really push the envelope about the fine line between passion and pain. However, I really wanted the female character to find the strength to overcome and the situation and “turn the tables” so to speak on the male antagonist. In the end, you clearly see who wins.” -Doreen Taylor
