The Original Makeup Eraser took the beauty community by storm in 2013 when it first launched claiming to erase all of your makeup with no chemicals, no oils, JUST water. According to the website, the cloth is made out of a “perfect blend of a premium, antibacterial, polyester that contains millions of tiny hair-like fibers that work as a suction cup to pull all makeup up and out of the skin.” I remember seeing a lot of my favourite beauty gurus rave about The Makeup Eraser and being really impressed when watching them demo it, but always held off from purchasing one due to the fact that I didn’t like the idea of having to use the same cloth for a week then washing it, or taking the plunge and buying a Makeup Eraser for each day of the week ( a single Makeup Eraser is $26 CAD at Sephora ).
