Consisting of former Catfish and the Bottlemen drummer Rob Hall and members from The Bongo Club and Bottlecap, Hearts emerges today with their debut EP ‘EP1’.
‘EP1’ was recorded and produced by Fredrik Serholt in Audiofabriken in Gothenburg and mixed and mastered by Pieter Rietkerk in Chapel Recording Studios, Lincolnshire, UK. Speaking about the release, the band states “With everyone in the band coming from a background of playing a lot of shows, live music is in our DNA at this point. And, that is reflected in everything we do. The four songs on this EP were definitely written to be played live. We could feel it from the moment we played the first chords in the rehearsal space and that feeling has proven to be right. People have been singing along since gig 1, and we can’t wait to bring these songs on the road.”
