Chelsea Wolfe Announces the ‘UNDONE EP’ + Shares ‘Tunnel Lights ††† (Crosses) Remix’

Chelsea Wolfe, whose latest album She Reaches Out To She Reaches Out To She “stretched gothic sounds and themes beyond the boundaries of genre” (New Yorker), announces the UNDONE EP, out August 30th via Loma Vista, featuring remixes from ††† (Crosses), Full of Hell, Justin K Broadrick (Godflesh), Boy Harsher, and more.

Last month, Wolfe presented Boy Harsher’s remix of “House of Self-Undoing,” “[preserving] the subtle sorrow contained within Wolfe’s voice, giving everything a sense of moody languor and mistiness.” (FADER). And today, Wolfe unveils “Tunnel Lights (††† Remix).” Featuring vocals from Chino Moreno (††† / Deftones), “Tunnel Lights (††† Remix)” turns the “dramatic, clattering trip-hop tune” (Revolver) into a haunting duet with Shaun Lopez’s industrial beats bringing a newfound intensity to the track.

“She Reaches Out felt like the perfect record to have official remixes for since it’s themed so heavily with transformation,” says Wolfe. “I called in some artists I really respect to expand upon the sonic universe we created with Dave Sitek and it’s been such a treat and delight to hear each song come back transformed!”

“We’ve known Chelsea since we both lived in Sacramento. When we were approached to do this remix, it seemed like a perfect time to collaborate. We feel like our sounds work very well together,” adds †††.
