Cass McCombs – whose work New York Magazine has praised as “smart, wise, playful, literary, and often funny” – has announced a new split 7” with Hand Habits, the project of Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Meg Duffy.
A limited-edition 7” vinyl pressing will be available exclusively on McCombs’ Interior Live Oak Live North American tour. Fans can pre-order the 7” now: cassmccombs.ffm.to/handhabits7
“Seeing The Elephant” b/w “Good Person” marks the second and final tour-exclusive 7”, following McCombs’ collaborative split with Chris Cohen, “Steel Reserve” b/w “Ignis Fatuus, Hinkypunk, Sharkfins And Ambergris,” which is also available for pre-order: cassmccombs.ffm.to/cmcc7-lp.
The release pairs two new tracks: McCombs’ “Seeing The Elephant” and Hand Habits’ “Good Person,” and will be issued via Domino and Fat Possum.
