Serena Williams, the legend met her match against the latest teenage sensation and possible future legend Belinda Bencic. The eighteen year old Swiss sensation held on to William’s onslaught of forearm smashes and powerful serves to win in 3-sets 3-6 7-5 6-4. Drake was also in attendance at this Rogers Cup matchup. Bencic showed her youth and ran down everything Serena could hit at her, that and the fact Williams double-faulted her serve the most times in her career. Bencic will play Simona Halep in the final on Sunday.
