Born in the Ivory Coast but now calls New York home, rapper Buddha has teamed up with producer Bardoe to make some rap music in the classic East Coast style from the 90’s.
“I’ve never taken using the name “Buddha” lightly, or for granted. With this song I pay homage to the Buddha, Buddhas, and all Bodhi’s before us. I created this song in honor of you. Buddhas of past have shed light on truth during rough times of doubt and questioning. With Bardoe on the boards providing a vintage boom bap feel and sampling out of the 90’s, I honor the greats that have come before me.” – Buddha
