Alaskan emo pop outfit The Pacing Party return today with NOTHINGTOSAY, an industrial-tinged ballad taken from the band’s upcoming ‘fine’ LP. NOTHINGTOSAY is a tense, schizophrenic pop song that showcases the conflicted facets of The Pacing Party, with gentle harmonies wrestling machine-like drums and clattering guitars.
From the artist : “NOTHINGTOSAY is like a nightmare; It’s chaotic and strange compared to other songs on the record. Simply put, it’s about having this sense of dread and helplessness in regards to social interactions and conversations… But at the same time it’s bigger than that; It’s also me sorting through a box of my fears.” – Daniel
