Concert Reviews

Kendrick Lamar at the Air Canada Centre

There was almost a full house at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto this past Tuesday night for the one and only, Kendrick Lamar. I must say- Kendrick lived up to my high expectations. I’ve heard from many that he puts on a wicked show, and that he does! He had the visuals, the interludes, the effects, the dancers, the setlist, and the hype from within himself. There was not much talking from Kendrick in between songs, but the show truly spoke for itself. Since his songs are so poetic and carry so much meaning, the show didn’t really require much narration on his end.

Regret not coming after seeing that set-list? DAMN. I would too. That’s why I’ll be catching him yet again at the Air Canada Centre, on August 23rd. You don’t wanna miss out.
