Video Premiere : “Lookin’ Like That” – Tommy Charles

Up-and-coming country artist Tommy Charles, who was a 2019 finalist on the hit TV show “La Voix” and is set to release his debut single and music video “Lookin’ Like That” via Crank Music on June 17. The song was written by industry heavyweights Jim Beavers (Chris Stapleton, Luke Bryan), Drake Milligan and Grammy-nominated, award-winning hit songwriter Deric Ruttan (Eric Church, Tim Hicks, Blake Shelton, Dierks Bentley).

Directed by Al Marenco (Crank Media) at Vancouver’s Brickhouse, the music video for “Lookin’ Like That” is both charming and comedic. It’s about really allowing yourself to fall in love, and to be clumsy as long as you are having fun. It has a good-time feel, just in time for the summer!

Tommy Charles was Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec, with his love for country music heavily influencing his passion as a musician. In 2019, he appeared on the hit TV show, “La Voix” (The Voice) where he advanced all the way to the finals which was followed by a seventy-five-date tour. Artist Statement : “Lookin’ Like That”, for me personally, is about letting go of the unnecessary stuff and having a good time. We all need that, and more often than we think we do. The song is like a mantra to remind me about that necessity.
