Fall Out Boy took over the ACC on Wednesday October 25th, 2017. This is the biggest venue they have played in Toronto yet- fitting? I wouldn’t say so, no. The setup included a runway, which was just awkward for the pop-punk band.
Other than the set up and venue, the performance was fantastic. They opened the show strong with “Phoenix”, and even premiered a brand new song titled “Expensive Mistakes”, which was fantastic. Lets just say, it makes the other new songs they’ve premiered so far look like black and white. They delayed their album release to January so I hope that the remainder of the album sounds as great as this song did.
Overall, this show was so much fun. There was fun visuals, tons of throwback songs, and a fantastic new song.
