Foreigner wasn’t showing any signs of wear and tear after 40 years and showed rock & roll will never get old as they played hit after hit for the sold out Tribute Communities Centre crowd in Oshawa.
Guitarist Mick Jones, Jeff Pilson, Tom Gimbel, Michael Bluestein, Bruce Watson, Chris Frazier, and Kelly Hanson on lead vocals brought an arsenal of hits like Cold As Ice, I Want to Know What Love Is, Hot Blooded, Juke Box Hero, Urgent, Feels Like The First Time, Waiting For A Girl Like You, and many more great songs to the large Oshawa crowd.
The 40th anniversary tour features a companion album, a new career-spanning compilation titled 40 that features 40 hits from 40 years. Foreigner released 40 on May 26th as a double-CD set that includes 40 songs recorded between 1977 and 2017.
A double-vinyl version that features 23 songs is also available. 40 brings together the best songs from Foreigner’s nine studio albums, including all 16 of its Top 30 hits.
