It’s easy to get down on yourself as a musician (a string of lousy shows is usually all it takes) but it goes beyond music, it’s easy for anyone to get lost in a negative head space. Whether it be in relationships or in your career this song is about staying positive, working through the tough times, letting go of the dead weight in your life and running down your dreams.”

About the Video :
“It had been a while since Mike, Nelson and I had recorded some live footage and I wanted to capture some of the songs we love playing in our live set. We packed up our gear, drove out to Brampton where I recorded our last record and spent the evening capturing a few of those songs. “The Best Things” is the first and we’ll be releasing one next week as well.”
