Land of Talk is an indie group from Montreal. The group currently includes Elizabeth Powell on guitar and vocals, Joe Yarmush on bass, and Andrew Barr on drums. Land of Talk’s first EP, Applause Cheer Boo Hiss, was released to the public in 2006, and featured Chris McCarron on the bass and Bucky Wheaton on the drums. However, Wheaton dissociated from the band in 2007 and was substituted by Eric Thibodeau. Again, Thibodeau left in 2008, and was replaced by Andrew Barr from the band The Slip. McCarron left to play guitar for another band The Dears and was replaced by Joe Yarmush. More photos after the jump!
