Toronto trio Keys n Krates are celebrating their birthday in style as they host their annual party held at Sunnyside Pavilion on Sunday August 28th. The guys have been around for eight years already and their hip-hop meets EDM sound has paved the way for Toronto to be put on the electronic map. Earlier this year the guys released their latest mixtape Midnite Mass, so you know you will be hearing tons of fresh music.
While KnK are headlining the night, they are far from the only act playing. Big Tymers rapper turned DJ Mannie Fresh will throw down a dirty hip-hop set prepping the stage before the main act. Montrealer Lunice who in the past was half of TNGHT (a project with renowned producer Hudson Mohawke) might be one of the most under rated sub-headliners at a festival this summer. Hailing from across the Windsor border is Detroit’s own aarabMUZIK, sure to set the stage on fire. Rounding out this stellar lineup is River Tiber (last seen at Wayhome), CLN and Bevstmode.
The day is going to be heavy on the hip-hop beats, so if you haven’t already got tickets, do so before it’s too late right HERE! For only $20 you can catch all seven acts cheaper than you could see any one of them individually!
