From The Artist : Sometimes we find ourselves with someone who we know isn’t right for us. I get it, I’ve been there.
My new single “Love Games” is not a sad song. It’s about a past relationship I stayed in fully aware that it wasn’t healthy. I was in love, so I felt okay with being in that situation. Relationships are a two-way street. I hope this song helps you to feel understood and recognize that you’re not alone.
Bulgarian born, England raised, and now Canadian based, NIIVA has found her home with music. Spinning relatable stories with a cool and conversational flow, she delivers a sort of lyrical liquid courage in a defiant yet approachable voice. There’s no mistaking NIIVA’s in the driver’s seat, so sit back and see the world through lilac-tinted windows.
NIIVA’s new single, “Love Games,” takes the listener on a journey of throwback vibes and future pop bass melodies, as NIIVA narrates her addiction to love, delivering a record that is as contemplative as it is coy.
