JUNO and CCMA Award winner Dean Brody brought his ‘Road Trip’ tour through Oshawa last night, performing in front of a sold-out General Motors Centre. The concert was greatly anticipated in Oshawa and also kicks off an exciting fall/winter concert schedule at the General Motors Centre.
Brody quickly showed why he is one of the best country talents in the music industry, starting the show with Bounty and then into songs from his latest release Gypsy Road and older releases from Crop Circles, Dirt, and his self-titled Dean Brody.
Throughout Brody’s set, pictures from across Canada played in the background showing the places that give Brody inspiration for his song lyrics and the crowd a sense of home.
The crowd loved every smile, shake, and dance that Brody would make while singing along to his every lyric. I must admit i’m not much of a country listener, but, what Brody provides to the listener is something most music lovers can enjoy.
Dean Brody will be in Kingston and then Ottawa before moving towards the East Coast and Moncton.
