
Great food and great music has become an annual trend at the New Farm in Creemore. An annual event and fundraiser for Grow for the Stop, a Toronto-based organization that serves local quality organic food to people in need and has previously featured Sunparlour Players, Fred Eaglesmith, Elliott Brood and Stars. This year music was provided by The Sam Roberts Band.
It’s a great opportunity to taste food from great chefs and see a band play in a unique and more intimate setting than one would be used to.
Take the Sam Roberts Band multi Juno award winners who have played sold out shows at Massey Hall and have headlined many festivals including this year’s CBC Music Festival and put them on a stage in a barn to play for 450 fans add great food and beer and you’ve got a great event.
