Song Premiere: “Cleopatra’s Eyes” by MISS

MISS is a self-produced experimental indie trio from Brighton/Leicester, UK. They emerged in November 2015, releasing their debut EP ‘Do You Feel Electric?’  to across-the-board critical acclaim. The EP showcased the band’s unique compositions, performance and production style.

“Cleopatra’s Eyes” is a dream-like ballad that you can sit back and listen to on a Sunday night with your best pals. There is deep vocal harmonies and leads up to an upbeat tempo.

Marty Felton’s unconventional approach to songwriting sits perfectly alongside Benjamin Wade’s experimental production. This combination has led to MISS being said to have “dived head-first into the realms of rock/electronic avant-garde and produced some dazzling results” (Pure M magazine) and successfully “entered the music industry with a smash… creating intriguing and magical soundscapes” (Gigslutz) with “dark and demanding lyrics sung with a matter-of-fact pain” (On The Come Up TV).

Becoming a trio for live shows, MISS performances are packed with energy, unpredictability and unique soundscapes; they are not to be missed.
