Video Premiere: “Danger, Danger” by Marlon Chaplin

“Danger, Danger” is a stunning ballad which was both written and produced by Marlon Chaplin. The song was recorded at Lincoln County Social Club in Toronto ON on July 27, 2017 and was engineered and mixed by John Dinsmore. The track features Marlon Chaplin on vocals and acoustic guitar and Eric Duquette on electric guitar. The song was mastered by Reuben Ghose at Mojito Mastering.

Following the May 2016 release of critically acclaimed debut EP ‘Wanderer By Trade’ (with contributing members of Zeus and Lemon Bucket Orkestra), Toronto native Marlon Chaplin continues to evolve. Moving from folk-centric roots rompers to angular rock and psychedelia akin to The Strokes and Beck, recent singles “Annabelle + Someone” and “Fossils” display a breadth of cohesive eclecticism rarely found.

“Danger, Danger” Single Release – An intimate evening with Marlon Chaplin – Special Guest Ada Dahli at Burdock Music Hall on October 3rd 6:00-8:00PM. This will be a special stripped down show compared to the normally ruckus affair that Chaplin shows are known for.
