
For the 64th episode of NEOHUMAN, Agah is chatting with Ben Buchanan. Ben is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He specializes in the intersection of cybersecurity and statecraft and has earned his PhD in War Studies from King’s College London, where he was a Marshall Scholar. He holds undergraduate and master’s degrees from Georgetown University and has published widely on cyber operations. They talk about wide range of subjects, including hacking, politics, cybersecurity policies, US-China tech rivalry, Quantum computers, and Ben’s new book, The Hacker And The State: Cyber Attacks and the New Normal of Geopolitics.
