Local Natives released their new single, Just Before The Morning, a swaggering and psychedelic track that features a deep bass groove against their iconic SoCal harmonies. Recorded across Valentine Recording Studio, 64Sound and Sargent Recorders, a strong sense of Los Angeles pervades – Just Before The Morning sees Local Natives venture into exciting new sonic territory, and is a dialogue between LA’s most iconic studios and their most emblematic band.
The band says of the song, “Just Before The Morning came from a burst of creativity after we finally reconnected in the studio. The song explores the cyclical nature of life and the many ways in which we begin again.”
