“No Complaints” is a light-hearted song that is all fun and twang! The music video, shot by AJ Astle at Roadhouse Productions, begins in a dull office setting where Jayme Lynne is being tormented by her boss. She proceeds to drift off into a dream land in which she is shown living a luxurious lifestyle including a Chauffeur, Butler, Chef, and Maid. Today we are very excited to give our readers a first look at Jayme Lynne’s “No Complaints” music video.
While giving us a little insight on the inspiration for the video, Jayme Lynne said “Filming this music video was so much fun! It’s so over-the-top and ridiculous that every time the camera wasn’t rolling, we were all laughing behind the scenes. So much thought went into the making of this video. From the shots of me bathing in a tub of $100 bills with my face on it, to the magazine cover I was reading in the pool scene with me on the cover, and the many other props and decorations…it took almost six months of planning and preparation and I’m so thrilled with how it turned out.”
Hailing from Keswick, ON, Jayme Lynn has been fuelled by passion from a very young age, taking musical influence from artists such as Shania Twain, Maren Morris, Dolly Parton, Kelsea Ballerini and Taylor Swift. She has spent the last decade working towards pursuing her dream, and she takes her career very seriously.
Jayme graduated from the Music Business program at Durham College, ON in 2018, an experience that gave her perspective on all the moving parts of a successful career in the music industry. She also won the local talent contest, Georgina Idol, in 2014 and was a Top 10 finalist in Ontario’s country music talent competition, The Magna Hoedown Showdown, in 2017.
Jayme has shared the stage with incredible Canadian country acts such as James Barker Band and George Canyon, and has performed at the legendary Blue Bird Café in Nashville, TN. She also studied performance with live music producer, Tom Jackson (Taylor Swift, The Band Perry) and received voice instruction from world-renowned voice coach, Brett Manning (Keith Urban, Hayley Williams).
Her debut single, “Little Bit of First Kiss”, was released in February 2020; following her sophomore single, “On My Way”, and her last single, “Sincerely, His Ex”. It’s clear that country music runs through Jayme’s veins, and great things are on the horizon for this ambitious young woman.
